Subscriptions are managed entirely from your Developer Dashboard at pteri.org/Developer/Dashboard/Subscriptions . From there you can: Upgrade or downgrade your plan Manage billing details Generate and manage API keys Monitor your usage against your plan's limits If you run into an issue you can't resolve from the dashboard, submit a ticket under the Billing category and we'll help directly.
