There's currently one path in, regardless of what you need — a demo, pricing, a technical question, or a partnership: the contact form on kakr.ai, which has a "Reason to Contact Us" dropdown, or contact@kakr.ai directly. We respond as quickly as we can — no formal response-time SLA is published today.
Being upfront about what's not published yet: there's no formal SLA, uptime commitment, or per-plan support-tier document available today, and no separate named account-manager process — Enterprise conversations happen directly through the contact channel above.
