The Pteri Enterprise plan (custom pricing) includes unlimited API calls, a dedicated instance, custom API integrations, white-label options, unlimited Pteri Intelligence usage, and dedicated storage — on top of everything in the Growth and Scale tiers. A separate Enterprise tier also exists for Litecoin BaaS specifically.
How to reach us about Enterprise
There's currently one path in, regardless of what you need — a demo, pricing, a technical question, or a partnership: the contact form on kakr.ai, which has a "Reason to Contact Us" dropdown, or contact@kakr.ai directly. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Being upfront about what's not published yet: there's no formal SLA, uptime commitment, or per-plan support-tier document available today, and no separate named account-manager process — Enterprise conversations happen directly through the contact channel above. If your evaluation needs a formal SLA in writing, say so in your message and we'll work it out directly.
